Failed delivery

I bought clothes at Mr Price on Monday 28 2022, delivery date was supposed to be today the 04th March, delivery is supposed to be done by a company called On The Dot however it’s half 7pm and still no sight of my delivery. The worrisome thing here is that there is no number I can call since it’s apparently after hours yet I was never informed of the latest time my order would arrive, also theres information stating that deliveries are not done on weekends so now I’m here worried that i won’t be receiving my order that I paid for in full on the date I had agreed up. I’m honestly disappointed by MrP for working with an unreliable company as On the Dot I’m beyond disappointed. There’s no update whatsoever on their side, as a customer I’m left to wonder what’s going on with regards to my order.
