Explora not delivered
About 2 weeks ago I signed up for the DSTV Explora deal and I was informed that my Explora would be delivered by On the Dot. On the Dot already phoned me 2 times to corfirm my address and everytime they say the same thing that it will be delivered in 3 working days but it never happened. This is really pethetic Service from a Courier Service. Please help I am despirate for answers.
