Do not trust On The Dot Couriers!!!!!

Do not ever use on the dot couriers!!! Terrible Service!! After a 5day delay in the pick up of my parcels, my crates are GONE! I lost my waybill number and they cannot trace my parcels!! It was picked up more almost 2 weeks ago and did not reach it’s destination yet! Not any trouble from their side to help me trace my parcels!! Terrible and not trustworthy!!!
