Biggest joke of ever - On the Dot Retail

Absolute worst experience AND assistance from On the Dot Retail.

Ordered from Mr. Price online and paid Door-to-Door Express shipping, received a notification on the 19th of December that my parcel has been shipped, yet, from the 20th of December 2018 until now, the status on On the Dot Track and Trace is that it has been shipped at 09:50:29am on the 20th of December 2018 .

Queried on the 21st of December 2018 at 11:11am and until now, have just been copied in a email trace going on forever with absolutely NO RESPONSE on where my parcel is, nor when I can expect it.

Would definitely not recommend them EVER.
