Be Better. Honestly.

I honestly do not recommend ordering anything from Lovisa if they use On The Dot Supply Chain Management, powered by Media24. Truly disappointing service & as of tomorrow, I am still without my delivery (10 days later) despite the promise of being delivered within 3 working days 😞4 mails, 2 calls & one response from Ebrenza asking Heidi to handle it 🤷🏻♀️
