BAD SERVICE FROM ON THE DOT

I received bad service from this company. I had to follow up on my order which was getting delayed, only to find out they do not cover my area for delivery, therefore my order had to be returned to the warehouse in order to use another courier. I suppose courier companies keep you updated on the status or progress of your delivery, but with On the dot nothing was done. Can TFG just stick to RAM. RAM is very convenient.
