BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed in the service we are getting from On the dot, I am the new owner at Caf? Sole' ( Sunningdale Hospital ) My coffee shop opened on the 9th of March 2015 and I contacted your Klerksdorp branch so that they can start delivering Newspapers as well as Magazines, They informed me that our account was on hold and that it would only take two week to activate and then delivery will commence. We have been open for 10 weeks now an still no Magazines! In the beginning we did receive The Beeld & Daily sun, but for three weeks now nothing was delivered. Very bad for my coffee shop as well as your company. I have phoned the Klerksdorp branch continuously with no results! <br>
