APPALLING AND RUDE

appalling service!! We ordered 3 explora decoders and spent over an hour with the consultant on the phone approval process. It was approved. The courier company "On The Dot" only delivered two of the decoders as "On The Dot" (NAZEEM) decided that the third explora decoder must be a duplication and cancelled the third explora. "On The Dot" (NAZEEM) refuses to take responsibility and deliver the third explora decoder urgently and priority delivery. Therefor we can not install our new decoders due to "On The Dot" (NAZEEM) error. Lovely now we are being billed for two subscriptions. The manager DENVER at "On The Dot" refuses to speak with me.
