Terrible experience On the Cliff Guesthouse

Worst experience, old smelling bathroom. Gave us wrong room with twin beds even though we are a couple. Rude owner who takes no responsibility for her and her staff. Room wasn’t cleaned. Definitely not 5 star in my opinion. Not even a shower cap. When i tried to reason with owner she said i must go ahead and sue them and my complaint is a threat which is ridiculous and unprofessional. She kept running around frantically and even called us the wrong names. Very uninviting, pool was even covered on a hot day. How can just being honest be a threat.
