On Point Retail - pointless with no customer care

On Point is a POS when it works, the "owner" Frank finds it very amusing that the system is not working for the last 3 weeks and his clients are losing turnover as a result. When I raised my concern and the negative way business is impacted he replies with a thumbs up emoji.
