On Fire Events - Jamie Fine tour 2024 - JHB

We paid for VIP tickets for the Jamie Fine show JHB. We did not have half of the privileges that the VIP tickets included. We received a mail stating that our posters will be delivered between the 25th and 30th of May, but still no poster. No communication was sent out to let us know that there will be a delay in delivering the posters, I've sent them mails but no response. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
