Our experience at Jamie Fine’s tour in South Africa on Saturday, 27 April, was nothing short of a disaster. The organizers' lack of responsibility and poor work ethic left a bitter taste in our mouths.

Excuses were rampant, with the organizers quick to blame electricity and the weather for their failures. However, it was clear that their lack of foresight and planning were the real culprits.

The scarcity of food vendors resulted in absurd wait times of 3 to 4 hours just to get a meal. To add insult to injury, alcohol, water, and ice were in short supply from early on. The strict no outside food or drink policy left attendees stranded without any options.

Despite paying a premium price of R1000 for VIP tickets, the promised perks were nowhere to be found. Attendees in Johannesburg were left feeling cheated and unappreciated. Other shows may have been successful, but only at the expense of *********** concert-goers in JHB.

Basic amenities such as decent restrooms, signed posters, or even a simple gift were non-existent. People were left to bake in the sun, some without anything to drink, as the refreshments ran dry.

The organizers are not only ignoring the needs of their patrons but also displaying a clear lack of integrity and greed. One can only hope that Jamie Fine sees through their facade and recognizes their true colours.

As for future events organized by them, count us out. The thought of purchasing VIP tickets again is laughable. They are nothing short of a joke, and we demand a refund for the failed promises and lacklustre experience.
