Covid test paid for now handed over

On 7 August 2020 I went for a drive-thru Covid test at Menlyn, On Demand Doctor Menlyn ran this service in partnership with Toga Labs aka Drs Martin & Partners Inc. I paid, they took a sample, I got an invoice clearly stating I paid for this and I received my results.

Fast forward 7/8 months - enter SUSTAINABLE COLLECTIONS SERVICES (PTY) LTD, Toga Labs aka Drs Martin & Partners Inc. has handed me over and I just received an SMS they want to take my house & dogs if I don't do SOMETHING in 7 days. SCOLS/SCS/Toga Labs aka Drs Martin & Partners Inc. is rude and no help - no surprise there. I WAed & SMSed Doctor Des Martins directly of Toga Labs aka Drs Martin & Partners Inc. no reply again no surprise.

I reiterate, I paid upfront, they took a sample, I got an invoice clearly stating I paid for this and I received my results. Oja the amount that started at at R850, was of a day or 2 ago R947(?), and I suppose after this last SMS over a thousand.

I think this is what happened:

1) On Demand Doctor Menlyn took the money and never paid Toga Labs aka Drs Martin & Partners Inc.

or

2) Toga Labs aka Drs Martin & Partners Inc. - admin system is scheisse and I wonder if they can't get this right can you trust their lab reports?
