Unhappy Customer

I booked a house "On Deck" in Langebaan for my granny and her sister in law that is both 65 years old. Some of our family members and children joined us. I was emailed by the host in a very harsh and rude manner that she is disgusted yes disgusted is the word she used that she found **** on the blankets when in fact my aunt spilled Worcester sauce on the bed.She went on and initiated that we have drinking problems and we are disgusting humans beings. If what she found on the bedding was infact "****" like she said being a professional that was not the way she had to bring that message across because that is not nice nor professional. I was so shocked to see the email from the host of On Deck and was heart broken as my feelings was hurt. If she had approached me in a respectful matter I would not have further taken this by writing this review. The house and everything was amazing but the way the host addressed me for what she found whether it is true or not just spoiled everything I will never set foot in On the Deck or any properties that is connected to that host.
