The netting material does not last

I bought a pair of Cloud X5 in February and already the fabric shows signs of disintegrating by the big toe. I have not even worn these shoes regularly and I am not a sporty person, just day to day use. Besides being very disappointed with the failure of the material within less than 8 months, I also found that smaller stones easily get stuck in the sole, which is rather irritating. I have tried to return the shoes for assessment via the On agent, but the On "customer service" is not even looking at it, since the 6 months warranty has expired. These shoes are most definitely not worth the money! Would never buy one again.
