Poor service delevery from propery agent

I am renting a one bedroom flat in Ormonde View Estate unit E12. I signed a 12 months contract with Ompone Property Management Enterprise cc Reg No.: ***. I have been paying rent to them and they will pay the owner who will pay the levy's. Last month he did not pay the owner and the property threatened to cut off my electricity and when I called him he was not answering or responding to my massages and now ill be moving out and I can tell that he wont even give me back my deposit money. He has not been answering calls from the owner as well. I have tried calling him from another number and he will answer but as soon as he knows its me he will drop the call and switch off his phone.
