After sakes support sucks.
I bought a Jaecoo J7 in December 2025. I went for a test drive prior purchasing it. On test drive it had ambient lights and I collected it, there was option on the menu for ambient lighting anymore as if someone removed that functionality. Also Iwas informed it had wireless charging but wasn't able to check that since my phone wasn't compatible. I tested it with my phone and noticed it wasn't working to my suprise. I did report these issues January 2026. I've been waiting for the technical person to come to CPT to check this. The sales person and management are quiet. I paid full price and now some functionalities are not working.
