Extremely Disappointing Experience – Omoda C9 PHEV
I purchased a brand new, seven-figure vehicle from this dealership, and my experience has been deeply disappointing from start to finish. The handover was underwhelming and unprofessional, completely unacceptable for a premium vehicle. The car was delivered with the fuel tank nearly empty and the EV battery charge low. Even worse, it arrived with visible scratches on both the exterior and interior. All of these issues were brought to the dealership’s attention on 27 August 2025, yet to this day there has been no resolution. The Sales Representative, Brent Arendse, has failed to ensure the vehicle is brought to the standard it should have been delivered in. His suggestion that I should hand polish a brand new car myself to get it looking right was shocking and completely inappropriate. Communication has been consistently poor, I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get basic responses. There has been no urgency, no accountability, and no genuine effort to resolve the situation. Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this dealership, the service and after-sales support are far below what one should expect, especially for a purchase of this value.

The process to purchase our new Omoda C5 Style was simple and easy
The process to purchase our new Omoda C5 Style was simple and easy. All the staff were accommodating particularly Siki who was terrific in assisting us in making the purchase seamless and was super responsive to all of our needs. We were able to close the transaction within a week which is impressive especially considering there was a public holiday in between. Highly recommend this dealership.
