Omnitrans - report bad driving is a myth

Not very happy with Omnitrans at all. One of their drivers hit my side mirror and now a month later still driving around town with a broken mirror. The report bad driving number on their trucks is useless as it rings unanswered which is very frustrating. I hope they are getting more business.
