Very Bad Service from Omninela Medical

I placed and pay on 29 November 2024 for an order of pills and up to now, (5 Feb. 2025) has not received my pills or my money back. The amount was R738.96 After 32 emails and promises of a refund, i am still waiting. I have tried to phone them but only an answering machine. ***) They advertise themselves as a online Chemist, but if they are, is doubtful.
