Very bad experience

Placed my order, got my "order confirmed" email and nothing since. This company takes customers money and don't deliver on the products ordered. Nothing, niks, nada, lutho.......****mers!!!!! Do not ever order from this company. They don't reply on emails, I want a refund!!
