Refund my money the order was cancelled a week ago

Hey guys it has been more than 5 days I haven't received my money eh? What nonsense company is this? To deliver it's a problem to refund it's a problem what bank take more days to reflect? No no no you can't eat my money just like that refund it. Do not advertise if you don't have the product. Imagine I ordered the same product to another company on Wednesday I received on Friday and I have already sent it home. And you yet my money I haven't received it? No return my money I am not here to play games. My money my money my money. This company it's ****. I ordered on the 29 of April till now no product no refund.
