Omninela Medical DELAY ON REFUNDS

I am awaiting for a refund from this company since the 18th April 2024. See feedback:

We do see that the refund was processed on the 18th with our accounts department. We are following up with the payment gateway and will be able to provide you with feedback as soon as possible.

Called them yesterday, promised feedback by end of day, still no response. No accountability. Stay away from this organisation .
