Omninela Medical - Avoid dealing with them at all cost!!!!

I ordered RT Gel from them on the 1st of May 2025.Received confirmation of my order and it stopped there.I received an email from them informing me that there is a delay in delivering my order and since then,no product was delivered and no refund was given at all.Have been waiting for weeks now.It is sad to say the least as I can buy the RT Gel for my mother who has cancer from another Company but I need that money that I paid to Omninela to do so.😡😭
