OMNINELA MEDICAL ARE OUTRIGHT *******

I used the omninela online platform to order a lactate meter. The site appeared very professional, and the price of the device was slightly lower than that of other providers. I placed the order and within minutes my payment was accepted and an order number was emailed to me. I recieved a confirmation email stating that the product has been placed on back order and as soon as they receive confirmation from the supplier that they would be in touch. The order was placed on the 4 July. I sent numerous emails requesting a follow-up on my order. Most of the emails were just ignored. On 24 July I received a reply indicating that the stock was expected to arrive early next week and that it would be dispatched on Thursday. I am still waiting for the product. I have tried calling, but the number is engaged. No answer to emails! This company is a hoax and unfortunately, I guess I have been ****med.
