No refund forthcoming - terrible service!

I share my frustration with all the other one star ratings about Omninela. Shocking service, can never get hold of them by phone, refuse to answer any emails bar the first one or two making promises to refund me. I have been waiting for a refund since December 2024. I will NEVER do business with them again.
