No product / No Refund

Made an online order on the 7th of May through Omninela. On the 13th of May got a message that they are experiencing delays, and some orders might be delayed by a few additional days.

On the 23rd of May I enquired about the order, followed up on the 26th, just to hear that they are waiting for stock. Online stated that they do have stock of the product in question when I ordered.

After a few more enquiries from my side, I requested a refund on the 10th of June, seeing that they can't fulfil the order! I send through my banking details on the 11th of June and received confirmation on the 13th of June that it was forwarded to the accounts department.

From then radio silence!!! No refund, no reply on my emails this past week!!!

Just a warning to think long and hard before ordering from this company.
