I placed an order online which they accepted - after not receiving delivery I emailed and they said there were delays - I emailed again and the same response - eventually I cancelled the order - and they sent me a refund notification - which is a **** - as it has never been paid out - they ignore emails and do not respond - this company is not trustworthy and it needs to be brought to the attention of the public - the only thing that worked effectively was the SID when I paid from the bank - and the banks also need to find a system to prevent *****ulent companies using the platform for being paid immediately and not delivering on the goods
