Avoid OMNINELA MEDICAL!

I had the same frustrating experience as many others. I placed an order on the 6th of March 2025. The payment was processed without issue, and I received an order number immediately. Soon after, I got an email saying the product was on back order and they were waiting for stock from the supplier. From that point, everything went downhill. I emailed them multiple times asking for updates, but received no response. I even tried calling, but their phone number is no longer in service. It’s now been over five months since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received either my product or my refund. Despite sending a dozen emails, I’ve been completely ignored. Do NOT trust OMNINELA MEDICAL! They're a bunch of ****STERS! I’m opening a case with SAPS, and I hope others will do the same. The more people reporting them, the better - it’s time they face consequences for *****ing people’s hard-earned money and getting away with it. This is completely unacceptable. Please, save yourself the hassle and avoid this company at all costs!
