I have placed a online order with omninela and paid the order in full via my banking app. Later that day, omninela informed me that they can not supply me with everything I ordered and they will refund me. That was Friday, 14 April 2023. I have sent them emails to enquire about my refund as 3 working days passed, and still I have not received my refund. This is the first time a refund takes this long after shopping online. Here is the total I paid as quoted from invoice: Payfast payments app R 6.724,89 Refund Payfast payments app - R 4.291,07 Take note: Omninela tried to rob me from my hard earned money by not refunding the correct amount to me. I questioned their calculation as they are refunding me short of what I paid for the products they can not supply to me. I send this to them to correct it: I would also like to enquire the refund amount as R2 519,99 + R1 834,99 = R4 354,98. Why is my refund amount then - R 4.291,07? They send me this email to confirm the right amount: Refund: We have processed a refund via PayFast for the amount of R 4 354,98

Secondly I received what was left from my order, just to discover that their Medical Products are short dated and expiring in 2 months time?! How on earth can you send a box of Milbemax dewormer of 50 tablets, that expires in 2 months time without consulting with the buyer? Secondly, it was expensive: Milbemax Classic Puppy Small Dog 50 Tablets × 1 R 884,99 Thirdly I received the box in a poor condition that looks tampered with. DO NOT BUY FROM OMNINELA - they give short dated products and pretend not to supply certain goods that they advertise online, and once they have your money, they DO NOT SEND the ordered goods nor refund you! They state vi email that they will refund, but then they ignore your emails! They are ****MERS at their best. Watch out for these *******!
