Poor value for money

The carpet looked no cleaner than before they arrived. The marks on the carpet were not even lightened. They did not even mention to me that the struggles to get the stain out and what methods they used to “ aggressively “ try. They just came and left. I’m not impressed. Waste of time and money. Poor communication Throughout - before, during and after
