Extreme unprofessional

My carpet was damaged by Omniclean and the wool removed/sucked out of the carpet by the high powered cleaning device, as per the explanation given by the manger as to what must of happened. The perfectly in tact border of my woollen carpet is now uneven with chunks of wool missing. I tried to contact the owner, Craig, on numerous occasions via email, landline and mobile phone, and was told he would call me back. He never has and nobody answers their telephone. Neither has he bothered to answer my emails which include before and after photos. So be very careful if you’re considering using Omniclean as they take no responsibility or even contact you back regarding their bad services.
