Awful Service.

I have been trying to get this lot to come to my home to value and assess various artworks and antique furniture items since 10 OCTOBER 2017. I have mailed them on several occasions, namely 10,12,13,16 in an effort to set up an appointment for them to do so. They have never set up an appointment with me, and in the 3 or 4 phone calls I have made to their offices, I have never yet managed to speak to anybody in this organization, except for the telephonist. She asks for my name, and then come back to say that the person I asked for, is unavailable. My initial contact person was one Gary Shean. After having had no luck with him, in desperation I asked to speak to a manager or the proprietor, and was told that his name was Warren. Needless to say, he also didn't take my call. So...my opinion of Omni Fine Art Auctioneers : they're a bunch of clowns. Avoid them like the plague.
