Wobbly Bed. APPALING SERVICE!!!

I ordered two 3/4 beds in August and i made the first payment on the 20/08/2021 and paid off the balance on the 23/08/2021. On the 13/09/2021 the bed was delivered however the legs of the base did not fit and it made the beds wobbly. I have been reporting this issue from September to date and still no resolution. Kindly please refund me the money i paid for the base and i will purchase them elsewhere. My kids cannot sleep comfortably on the beds as they are not rigid and are wobbly. I have never in my life experienced such horrible service!!!! I would not recommend doing business with this institution. No client centricity and no after sales call to find out if all is in order with the product.
