BAD SERVICE

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service that i received with them I ordered an item, after 3 months i received a parcel BUT not the item that i have ordered, Asked thatthey refund me or send me my CORRECT order, they just ignore my mails and keep on emailing me that my order has been received and case closed. NO answer as to WHY they send me the wrong item and refuse to send me the correct one or REFUND. I will never recommend them to anybody and will make sure that they know what kind of service they are providing. I can not belief that this is the SERVICE they provide to CUSTOMERS.
