Saved up the whole year for a holiday in early Jan 2016. We booked thrpugh an agent (yaqub omar) for a private aprtmemt in port shepstone, kzn. We arrived there on the 2nd of Jan. Frst thing we noticed is the enviroment of the area and the lack of actual security of the comple the gate dsnt even work properly and the garages dont really close. The aprtment was very dirty and from the balcony you cant even see the beach. The only thing visible is bush. The aprtment is completely different from the pictures that are sent before the booking is done. The owners attitude is terrible to make matters worse they refused to do a refund. After arguing the refund was given after a few days with an unreasonable 35% cancellation fee.the agent yaqub omar refuses to do anything as for the owners sumaiyah and riyaaz... Lets leave that out. Stay away from 19th princess elazibeth drive in port shepstone. And dont book through yaqub omar who trades under the name of Omerz
