Shocking service and empty promises

<p>This company promises the world and doesn't deliver. Promised refund to my client (R750.01). STILL NOT received since promised on 18 August 2016 even after receiving the client's banking details - today is 6 Sep 2016. They don't seem to know what treating customers fairly means. They don't even reply to emails, no apologies or any feedback received. Personally, I wouldn't suggest dealing with them even if yor insurance company recommends them.</p>
