Crimen Injuria by A Security Gaurd

Yesterday at Centurion Mall, My colleagues and I were treated so ban by a security gaurd around 16:30 pm, He stated by saying we should stop decorating with our Masks and put them on, a few steps away from him we were chatting and as im about to put my mask on properly he then comes and says that we are not special and the mall is not our hoe, it doesnt belong to us and we are going to make the people sick, out of my fustration i told him his boots stinks and he came from behind me and said I'm a B@#t@ with a Smelly a#$. He said he is going to report Me, I met up with some of his colleagues and called their supervisor , He was not apologetic and even said he does not sleep with Fish so that means according to my knowledge I have a foul virginal smell. I Opened a case against him and I will meet up with him in court. The very same person that I should call when i feel threatened in the mall swears at Me, It seems like he does this all the time because when the cops came he **** through his teeth saying he didn't use offensive words but one of his colleagues heard him when he said im a fish and My colleagues also heard him when he swore me.
