Not honest and unreliable

Unfortunately I wanted to help the owner Jannie Lombaard with his licences for his vehicles - but now he makes promises and does not keep to his promises. He always has a story or just switch off his phone and pretend that the number does not exist anymore. So I feel he is not an honest business man and is not reliable. He is using his vehicles without the original licence discs - as I have them with me.
