DO NOT use Omega Renovators - Glen Marais, Kempton Park

4.5 years ago I contracted this Company to pour a concrete slab for me. From the beginning the grading on the slab was wrong. It was draining towards the foundation of the house instead of towards the middle where a drain was installed for draining water away. The water missed the drain completely. Approximately a year and a half after the slab was poured it started cracking and breaking up, with the sides breaking off completely. Jannie Lombaard was contacted and came to see the slab on many many occasions. Everytime he would have a new excuse why he can't do the work "now". At one stage he even pleaded poverty saying someone took him for a ride and he lost a lot of money, but I shouldn't worry he will fix it. We are now (4.5 years) later and Jannie ignores my calls and WhatsApp messages. This company should not be in business as they use unqualified trades and have NO after Sales Service. Jannie Lombaard is a total joke. I have now found someone else to fix this slab for me but because of Jannie and his merry band of unqualified trades it is going to cost me R13 500.00. Please people DO NOT ever use this company as they will end up costing you money to have the shoddy work repaired.
