Poor management

I will advise anyone that places an order at Omega refrigeration to do a daily follow up. I made a payment for two header panels on the 29th of April. I was promised that the panels will arrive on the 7th of May and then I was told that it would be in CT on the 12th, 18th, 19th and now the 20th. Apparently the warehouse manager forgot to load my header panels twice. This is poor management. Today is the 19th of May and I am still waiting for my header panels. Every time i call omega refrigeration then they have another excuse.
