Till to this day i have not received any updates from this company, and I have even paid the cancellation fee for the paper work done on my name - fee was paid and till today I have received a letter that I am now in clear, I contacted the NCR and Credit Ombuds got the contact numbers but these are not in use, does this company even exists or are they taken people for fools.
