Omega Equity Release Finance - DEBT REVIEW

I joined the Omega equity release finance in 2017 for the assistance of paying of my debt, payment were being made to the creditors in 2017 & Mid 2018. The problem started 20/12/2018 after I had made payments to the company and only to find out in January 2019 that the creditors were all payed half the amount that was agreed upon on the court order and in February no payments were made to the creditors and I did not receive the Consumer statement from them. Struggled to get a hold of the PDA Manager on the phone and when emailing the department I didn't get any replies from them, eventually I was able to get a hold of the manager and I was promised that the matter would be resolved with the creditors and I should not worry as my debit order had gone through for the month. In March the debit order went through on my side and later that month I was sent a statement which had no creditors on it and when Questioning the matter I was promised that I should not worry and that the Creditors have been payed, when the payment for April was made the clients were paid as per the statement I received but only to find out that now my vehicle finance is in arrears of R59092,95 and when I called Omega Equity to explain why my vehicle is in so much of arrears the PDA manager had promised that she will sort out the issue but the issue is not sorted till to date and now the car is being repossessed and when phoning the PDA Manager I cannot get through to her and my emails are not being answered when questioning the matter.
