Warning about this company's bad service and lies

I hired a Karaoke matching from this company and I was given 2 time slots and I took the later one (around 14:00) because my bridal shower was going to start late of which I explained to them. The Dj came to connect it and showed me how to use it, at that time we were busy getting ready for the function so I couldn't test the disc before the bridal shower by the time we started using the karaoke (around 20:00) we discovered that the adaptor they gave us was damaged so the karaoke kept on being disconnected, the disc had huge scratches you cldnt even sing along for 5 second before the enormous scratch, 1 of the microphones was not working and the songs on the album list didn't correspond with what was on the disc. We played about 5 discs and we had the same problem, I called the Dj numerous times and he referred me to the owner which I spoke to and she promise to discuss the issue the following day when they came to collect and when they came she said she will get her expect to look at it and get back to me on Monday. Monday came and she kept on stalling and avoiding me and lying about the outcome in the end saying the Dj only saw 1 song with the issue. This ruined my bridal shower
