Do not trust OMEGA Entertainment or Russel Crowley

Booked a Karaoke session to take place and then had to change the date. I asked Russell Crowley if we could change the date to the day before but unfortunately he was "fully booked". I gave him more than 2 months notice of the cancellation and as a non-profit organisation who pay for their own year end function, we re**** on this money (which was explained to him). His terms and conditions stated that we would be refunded 50% of our total fee, which we paid up front. Russel Crowley incurred absolutely no costs through us and in fact would have just gained an amount of R1250 for doing absolutely nothing. Instead Russel Crowley has decided to keep the entire amount of R2500 either because he is broke, or greedy. He is completely ********* and has absolutely no morals.
