I traded in a Fiat Grand Punto 2007 model at the beginning of June 2013 for R70000. Mitch and James gave me R 20000 back and R50000 was retained as a car deposit.They gave me a contract for a White Dodge Caliber 2006 model.I drove the car for a week and I complain to James and Mitch that the car has problems.The gear was broken,exhaust was leaking,shocks were finished and when you you pour full tank petrol you could only drive less than 200 KM .They promised to take the car for repairs and nothing happened. On 08 July 2013 James took the car to Ecar in Revonia and it was checked and Mitch told me that the car will be taken to Boksburg to their mechanic to fix it because it was costly to fix it at E Car.Since it went there the car was never returned to me.I did not have a car for a month and no courtesy was given to me.I tried to call Mitch and Mark and they were not responding to my calls.Mitch only responded at the end of August and he told me that they have written off the car because they could not get the parts.They only borrowed me a CMC bakkie in September 2013 and stole it themselves in Pretoria themselves and Mitch send me an sms that the bakkie was returned to the owner.
