Omega Security 24 hour armed response-arrives 40 minutes after raising a panic

<p>in the early hours of this morning at around 2am our car alarm went off, my husband immediately pressed the panic alarm. we called our neighbours to look outside for us as we could not see the car from our Windows due to its position. She said there was a guy in the yard walkin around the car trying to break in it, possibly ***** it or the mag rims. for half an hour our painic alarm was going on and the rogues still outside walking around the vehicles in the yard and no call received from the above security to check. My husband then had to call them to tell them to come quickly- on questioning the call centre operator he said the vehicle is "somewhere around" however there is supposed to be a vehicle patrolling the area 24/7. We then contacted on of the guards who said he will be there in 10 minutes. ...now already 40 mintues gone by. Ofcourse on his arrival the rogues were long gone but had the guts to stick around for a while because they knew there was no armed response in the area patrolling. On questioning the guard who came to check he said they don't have someone to patrol the area and he is covering quiet a few areas. My husband then made a call to the manager this being around 2.45 am to question this as our lives were clearly in danger. We could have been ******ed in that time. The manager rude as ever told my husband that he is asleep and we are disturbing him and his wife and family, yet we are paying for a service clearly not being delivered. I am extremely dissapointed.This is not the first time they have had no patrol in the area and always an excuse of no vehicle or no guard. And it appears now at night we have to call them when we set of a panic because for them it is clearly not ane emergency.</p>
