Supersonic Petrol & Oil 1.9KW 4-stroke Generator

We purchased a O****00DC 4 stroke petrol generator. It worked well for the first few months and it has now caused major appliances in my home and office to blow. To make matters better, we have tried to reach out to Omega and Supersonic Store with no reply whatsoever! Even their phone numbers go unanswered.
