After trying to resolve an issue with my medical aid I had no choice but to report them to the ombudsman. I submitted all the required documents and within two weeks my case was presented for discussion and outcome. The ombudsman acknowledged my concerns and identified that my medical aid was indeed not acting according to regulations and our agreement.
