Claiming un-authorized

So Pharmacy Direct claims again on 16 October 2021 against my dad's medical aid Bonitas after we told them on 6 October that we want nothing form them ever again When I call the Bonitas ***** line they cannot help me. How do I get rid of Pharmacy Direct
